Acceptable Use Policy

1. Account Ownership Requirements

All Twitter/X accounts connected to Scrapely must be owned by and operated on behalf of the customer's organization. Specifically:

• Each connected account must represent one real human operator (SDR, founder, or team member) within your organization.
• Customers may not connect accounts that are not owned by their organization.
• Customers may not share connected accounts across multiple organizations or companies.
• Customers may not create or purchase accounts solely for the purpose of automated outreach through Scrapely.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring each connected account complies with Twitter/X's Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

Scrapely is designed for legitimate B2B outbound sales conducted by your team. Permitted uses include:

• Sending personalized outreach messages from your SDR team's accounts to qualified prospects.
• Managing campaigns, follow-ups, and responses across your team's connected accounts from a single dashboard.
• Using AI-powered personalization and reply handling to improve your team's outbound effectiveness.

3. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating accounts not owned by your organization.
• Renting, leasing, or sharing access to accounts across unrelated businesses.
• Using Scrapely to send unsolicited bulk messages unrelated to legitimate business outreach.
• Circumventing platform rate limits or safety mechanisms configured by Scrapely.
• Sending messages that contain malware, phishing links, or deceptive content.
• Using Scrapely to harass, threaten, or target individuals.
• Reselling Scrapely access or operating Scrapely as a managed service on behalf of third parties without a valid agency agreement.

4. Volume and Safety Limits

Scrapely enforces per-account sending limits calibrated to each account's age, health, and warmup status. Customers agree not to attempt to override, bypass, or circumvent these limits. Accounts that exceed safe thresholds may be automatically paused to protect the customer's account health.

5. Enforcement

Scrapely reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any customer found in violation of this policy. We may audit connected account ownership and usage patterns to ensure compliance. Violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
